Architectural Design Manager Please send your CV and portfolio to this whatsapp : +966 551645910 and hectare2022@gmail.com Hectare Engineering Consultants is looking for an experienced Architectural Design Manager to lead our Bangalore design office and manage a team of architects working on high-end residential projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a leadership role for an architect who is passionate about design excellence, team development, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the architectural design team. * Review and approve architectural drawings before submission. * Design luxury villas, residential compounds, faades, and interior concepts. * Develop creative architectural concepts that meet Saudi market standards. * Train, mentor, and improve the technical skills of junior architects. * Plan workloads and ensure projects are delivered on schedule. * Coordinate with the Saudi office regarding project requirements and deadlines. * Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all projects. * Improve design workflows and increase team productivity. Requirements * Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. * 5+ years of professional architectural experience. * At least 3 years of experience managing an architectural team. * Strong portfolio of luxury villas, faades, and interior design projects. * Excellent knowledge of: * Revit * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Lumion or Enscape * Adobe Photoshop * Strong knowledge of construction drawings and detailing. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. * Experience working with GCC projects, especially Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred. * Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows is a plus.
