Manual Tester Manual Tester (Hector Systems Inc has multiple openings in Irving, TX) Manual Tester: Analyze, design, test, and deliver manual testing solutions. Gather and analyze data including reviewing systems requirements to write test plans and scripts and then track defects and facilitate their resolution. Develop manual testing scenarios/user acceptance criteria by understanding business drivers and analyze and review requirement specifications and/or user stories. Develop, review, and execute manual test plans, test scripts, and test data to ensure application products and services meet the business needs, quality standards, and end-user/non-functional requirements. Implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies. Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the Product Delivery Team. Utilize Salesforce, Java, Mainframe, Mobile and Reports for testing. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 2 years experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, or professional credentials equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related as determined by a professional evaluation service.
