Data Scientist

Work on developing the core AI/ML products for the company for relevant use cases. Take ownership for developing ML /deep learning systems, run ML tests and experiments & implement appropriate ML algorithms. Work with senior data Scientists, BAs and product manager in delivering efficient self-learning systems that are business feasible. You will have the opportunity to work with exciting use cases, marquee clients and industry pioneering applications of AI/ML. Responsibilities Study and transform data science prototypes Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods Develop and deploy ML & deep learning models for sales forecasting, inventory optimization, and distributor performance analysis. Build computer vision & image AI models for asset tracking, product recognition, and field audit automation. Work on predictive analytics to enhance distributor and retailer insights. Collaborate with product & engineering teams to integrate AI models into SaaS solutions. Skills Strong Python skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV). Experience with image AI modeling (object detection, OCR, image classification). Hands-on expertise in ML, deep learning, time series forecasting. Exposure to cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with FMCG, supply chain, or retail analytics will be preferred. Understanding of MLOps for model deployment. Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
