About the role
Job Description- Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain PL/SQL scripts and procedures to facilitate data transformations and integrations. Utilize ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, or DataStage) to conduct transformation activities and ensure data quality. Monitor and enhance data quality through validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes. Manage and optimize SQL Server databases to support robust and efficient data management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) solutions. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in data management, ETL, DW, and BI. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain workflow efficiency. Required Skills Experience: Proven experience with PL/SQL programming and database management. Expertise in ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or DataStage. Strong knowledge of data quality principles and practices. Proficiency in SQL Server and experience in database administration. Understanding of data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in managing large-scale data transformation projects. Familiarity with cloud-based data management and ETL solutions. Certification in relevant ETL tools or database management systems. Demonstrated experience in developing BI reports and dashboards.
