About the role
- Work in rubber formulation, create & test rubber compounds. * Fabricate new polymers, work with prototypes & design material processing equipment. * Analyze new rubber base polymers, fillers, curatives etc. * Shop floor planning & conduct meeting. Required Candidate profile * Knowledge of Natural Rubber, NEOPRENE RUBBER, EPDM RUBBER & Rubber Compounding Quality & Testing. * Manpower handling, Production targets. Diploma/Degree in Rubber/Polymer preferred.
