• Strong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)

Financial Services Cloud (FS) - Mandatory

Banking domain experience (Retail/Lending /Customer onboarding/KYC)

• Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud

Agent force (Al, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein Al)

• Omnichannel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)
