As a Backend Developer at Hero Motocorp, you will play a crucial role in the Freedo team's core tech team, contributing to multiple product and platform developments that strengthen Freedo's business presence in Shared Mobility. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing server-side architecture - Contributing to the development of APIs and products in collaboration with a cross-functional team - Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications - Contributing to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle - Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software - Creating security and data protection settings - Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability - Working with DevOps teams to ensure smooth, automated test and deployment processes for applications In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the business and product teams, aiding in the integration of technologies from various domains such as IoT, CRM, and Mobile app. Qualifications and Experience: - 4-7 years of relevant experience - Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.C.A. - Willingness to work in a startup ecosystem Technical Skills/Knowledge: - Expert level understanding of NodeJS asynchronous runtime - Expert level understanding of JavaScript concepts on callbacks and closures - Experience working with Typescript for NodeJS and Express Applications - Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, NoSQL, Redis, and Firebase Realtime database - Experience with AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk, Cloudfront, S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS - Proficiency in Linux-based deployments and basic Linux commands - Understanding of scalable backend infrastructure building techniques - Experience in building highly scalable services with millisecond response times - Collaborative team environment experience Behavioral Skills: - Strong coding skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Working at Hero Motocorp offers you the opportunity to work with bright innovators dedicated to being the best in their field.
