Technical Program Manager

Build TPM Function from Scratch : Design and implement a high-performance Technical Program Management function tailored for a scaling SaaS organization. Strategic Program Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on high impact and delivery excellence. Inspire High Performance : Diagnose delivery bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and enable individuals and teams to perform at their best. Ownership & Accountability : Act as a delivery owner ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on goals, deliverables, and resources. Process Definition & Optimization : Define scalable workflows, tools, and rituals (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.) to drive consistency and quality across the organization. Tooling & Reporting : Leverage program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, LinearB , Aha!, etc. to establish visibility, drive transparency, and enable data-driven insights. Risk & Dependency Management : Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep programs on track. Executive Communication : Regularly communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications: 4-10 years of experience in technical program management in SaaS or software product companies. Hands-on experience in building a program management function from scratch in an established product organization is required. Strong ability to lead with high ownership , drive execution excellence , and deliver programs that move the business forward. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and modern software development practices. Hands-on expertise with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and LinearB is required. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong technical acumen; ability to engage effectively with engineering on architecture, platforms, and technical trade-offs. Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.
