About the role
What you ll do: Own and resolve customer-reported issues with a relentless focus on remarkable customer experience. Lead critical escalations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive solutions to closure. Collaborate with product and escalation teams to tackle complex challenges. Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and mentoring initiatives. What you need to bring: Strong communication and presentation skills you ll be the voice customers trust. Logical troubleshooting for high-impact network problems. Solid understanding of: Networking Architectures Switching Technologies (xSTP, VRRP, LACP, Dot1x, COS, Multicast) IP Protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP) 802.11x standards, POE, Multi chassis architectures Data Center protocols (EVPN, VxLAN, BGP, OSPF) Self-learner mindset with appetite for continuous development. Good-to-Have Skills: Scripting (Python, Shell) Experience with Cloud Solutions Certifications like JNCIE, CCIE, or cloud/wireless technologies Who Should Apply Engineering graduates with 5 to 8 years of experience in technical support for enterprise/campus or cloud networks.
