Program Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a transformation program for our organization. This is a high-impact role that involves driving the end-to-end execution of the program, managing the transition between technology platforms, and ensuring seamless integration while maintaining production operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, stakeholder engagement, and balancing operational and transformational work. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end execution of the transformation program, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Define and implement standardized processes for project management, risk management, and quality assurance. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and challenges. Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of services and resolve issues as needed. dentify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges to minimize program disruptions. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth program execution. Provide regular status reports on program milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Balance program execution with maintaining ongoing production operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in program management with a focus on technology transformation projects. Strong understanding of IT systems, platform migrations, and operational support processes. Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, including cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex scenarios and ensure smooth execution. Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools, reporting systems, and methodologies. PMP or similar certification preferred. Desirable Skills: Experience in managing programs that involve transitioning to new technology platforms while maintaining business continuity. Background in vendor management and contract negotiation. Experience with agile methodologies and adaptable project management approaches. Experience as PMO to oversee multiple projects running under a program.
