Improve the service level the team provides to our end users, which includes maximizing operational efficiencies, strengthening incident management, problem management, and knowledge sharing practices. Drive Continuous Delivery and Automation efforts across the supported applications by means of Root Cause Analysis reviews, Knowledge management, Performance tuning, and user training. Be an independent Developer. Working from the client office on a hybrid model is mandatory. Requirements: Primary skill: Java Full Stack with React Secondary skills: Gen AI user, Docker/ Kubernetes, Terraform/ Cloud Formation, MQ/ Apache Kafka, Datadog/ AppDynamics/ Dynatrace Java development on Hyperscale application experience is a must. Kanban/ Scrum experience is a must. Good Communication. SDLC and Infosec process adherence. Certification in at least one of the skills is preferred. BFS domain experience is preferred.
