Technical Delivery Lead (Agile)

As a Technical Delivery Lead at Hezky Tech, you will have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of the engineering operations. Your role will involve leading a cross-functional team of mobile, front-end, and full-stack engineers, ensuring disciplined delivery, elevating code quality to commercial standards, and acting as the primary point of contact between ownership and engineering. You will be responsible for owning the roadmap, managing sprint cycles, and directly overseeing the release process. Key Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap and ensure team adherence to it. - Define and maintain a strict 'Definition of Done' to ensure that every feature delivered is production-grade, well-documented, and suitable for a global B2B audience. - Conduct regular audits of engineering output to identify bottlenecks and make recommendations for restructuring, which may include talent replacement or new hires. - Lead the efforts to enhance existing products to commercial standards by addressing legacy quality issues and establishing structured deployment practices. Qualifications Required: - 58 years of experience with a solid technical background to differentiate genuine technical challenges from subpar work or excuses. - Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams within a dynamic product environment. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or their equivalents, along with a strong grasp of agile methodologies. - Prior experience in delivering B2B software products, preferably in regulated or enterprise settings.
