About the role
Hi-Tech Audio & Image LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales AV professional who will be responsible for designing AV solutions, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, and ensuring the delivery of customized, client-centric proposals. The role requires strong knowledge of AV systems, solution designing, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and propose suitable AV solutions Design complete AV systems including conferencing, display, control, and audio solutions Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, BOMs, and cost estimates Develop system schematics, rack layouts, and cable schedules Support sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) Respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and prepare compliance sheets Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for solution finalization Ensure proposed solutions are technically and commercially viable Provide technical handover to the project/execution team Required Skills & Competencies: Robust knowledge of AV systems (audio, video, control systems, conferencing solutions) Experience in AV system design and integration Proficiency in preparing BOQ, BOM, and technical documentation Understanding of industry-standard AV brands and technologies Valuable communication and presentation skills Ability to work closely with sales and project teams Problem-solving and analytical thinking Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / IT or related field Certifications in AV (e.g., CTS/CTS-D) will be an added advantage Key Deliverables: Accurate and competitive AV solution designs Timely submission of proposals and tenders High conversion support to sales team Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders Why Join Hi-Tech Audio & Image LLP: Opportunity to work with globally renowned premium brands such as L-Acoustics, RCF, and DiGiCo Prospect to work on high-impact AV projects Exposure to latest AV technologies and solutions Growth-driven and dynamic work environment Hi-Tech Audio & Image LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales AV professional who will be responsible for designing AV solutions, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, and ensuring the delivery of customized, client-centric proposals.
