Knowledge of quality systems and measurement Knowledge of AS9100 Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to present data effectively Problem-solving skills Team working skills Analytical skills Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Responsibilities Self-supervising within the guidance and expectations of management Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes Inspection plan preparation First piece verification checklist preparation SAP QM module Ensure process controls and associated documentations are in compliance with quality system. Ensure compliance with respect to AS9100. Ensure the non-confirming products are contained / isolated. Participate in cross-functional teams. Participate in the development and refinement of FMEA's (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Contribute to continuous improvement activities Root cause analysis.
