About the role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Projects will support the assembly, installation, and testing of machines and mechanical systems. The role is designed to provide hands-on industrial exposure to newly graduated engineers, focusing on machine assembly processes, quality standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Graduate Engineer Trainee Projects Assist in the mechanical assembly of Special Purpose machines, sub-assemblies, and components as per drawings and specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly manuals Support fitment, alignment, and calibration of mechanical parts Work closely with senior engineers and technicians during machine trials and testing Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems during assembly and testing Maintain proper documentation related to assembly, inspection, and quality checks Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to 5S practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth Project Execution. Will be responsible for Machine Installation & Commissioning on Site. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering Familiarity with machine components, tools, and measuring instruments Should have Basic of Knowledge of GD & T Ability to read technical drawings Should have Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes & Assembly methods Role & responsibilities Should have Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Good Communication & Team Management Skills Ability to handle pressures and execute under pressure Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor Basic Computer knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel Freshers can apply Career Growth Successful trainees will be absorbed as Jr. Project Engineer based on performance after the Completion of 1 Year as a GET.
