About the role
7–10+ years of backend development experience Location: Noida/Gurgaon (Hybrid) Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to design and build highly scalable backend systems and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale backend applications. Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot. Design and implement scalable and secure backend architectures. Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions. Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for seamless deployments. Required Skills Java 11/17/21 Spring Boot, Spring Framework Microservices Architecture RESTful Web Services Hibernate/JPA Multithreading and Concurrency PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/SQL Kafka, JMS (ActiveMQ) Git and GitHub Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD Pipelines Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools
