About the role
Role Summary
The PM sequences the agentification transformation against the live offer calendar so neither workstream starves the other. OLG must simultaneously deliver Q2–Q3’s $6–7M iGCR target and overhaul the operating system underneath. Platform team dependencies historically take 3–4 weeks per handoff when unmanaged. This role manages the sequencing, dependency tracking, and escalation cadence that keeps both workstreams on track. Reports to Herwin; coordinates daily with the Integration Engineer, Workflow Codifier, and cross-functional partners (Analytics, Pricing Ops, eComm Platforms).
Key Responsibilities
Own the integrated delivery plan: map the agentification workstream (integrations, playbooks, validations) against the live experiment calendar, identifying conflicts and sequencing decisions weekly.
Manage cross-team dependencies with Pricing Ops, Analytics, eComm Platforms, and ERI — track handoffs, set deadlines, and escalate when SLAs slip beyond 5 business days.
Run weekly coordination rituals: contractor stand-up (15 min), dependency tracker review, and blocker escalation to Herwin or Andrew Maxwell.
Track milestone delivery against the Month 1/2/3/6 checkpoint plan. Surface off-ramp triggers early — don’t wait for the checkpoint to flag risk.
Manage onboarding logistics: access provisioning (ADS groups, tooling access, repo permissions), environment setup, and knowledge transfer from existing team.
Coordinate with procurement and vendor management on contractor logistics, time tracking, and engagement health.
Produce a weekly status artifact: what shipped, what’s blocked, what’s at risk, decisions needed. One page, decision-forcing, no fluff.
Requirements
-
3+ years managing technical programs or projects with cross-team dependencies. You’ve shipped things that required 4+ teams to say yes.
-
Experience working at the intersection of engineering and business — you can translate “API authentication refactor” into “this unblocks $1.2M in pipeline velocity” for leadership.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities without dropping either. You’ve delivered a transformation while keeping the lights on simultaneously.
-
Strong dependency management and escalation judgment. You know when to wait, when to nudge, and when to pull the escalation cord.
-
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal process infrastructure. You’ll build the tracking system as you go, not inherit a mature PMO.
-
Preferred
-
Experience in eCommerce, pricing, or experimentation-driven product organizations.
-
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile/kanban delivery tracking.
-
Prior work managing contractor or vendor teams (onboarding, performance, offboarding).
-
Exposure to AI/ML or automation initiatives — understanding of what’s different about managing agent-driven delivery vs. traditional software projects.
