About the role
Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + Microservices + GenAI) Location: USA (Remote) Employment Type: W2 / 1099 We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development, along with strong hands-on operational expertise. Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, ReactJS/AngularJS, NoSQL, Redis, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub
3+ years of experience with Microservices and Event-driven architecture (Kafka)
2+ years of experience in Cloud environments (Azure preferred)
1+ year of experience with AI development (Agentic AI, Chatbots, GenAI)
Core Responsibilities: Work across the full software development lifecycle for large-scale systems
Design and implement service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and web services
Build and maintain scalable, high-performance distributed systems
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / JPAC)
Ensure system performance, scalability, load balancing, and high availability
Contribute to architecture and design decisions using industry best practices
Follow Agile methodologies to deliver features on time
Create and maintain design documentation aligned with standards
