About the role
👋 About Us At Highbrow Technology , we're a small but passionate team of engineers building exciting internal tools, SaaS products, and custom client solutions. We work like a startup within the company — we work lean, move fast, and stay focused on solving real-world problems.
We believe in moving fast, building modern solutions, and writing clean, scalable code. Our current tech stack is fully TypeScript , with a backend built on Node.js , using MongoDB for databases. We deploy using GitHub CI/CD and AWS infrastructure (but don't worry if you're new to DevOps — it's not a must).
🎯 What We're Looking For We’re looking for a ambitious Software Engineering Intern who can quickly get up to speed and contribute. This is not a typical "watch-and-learn" internship — you’ll be solving real problems from day one . If you're someone who takes initiative, learns fast, and loves building things, you'll fit right in.
💡 You'll Thrive If You: Have strong TypeScript skills (Frontend/Backend experience)
Know the basics of React and any NodeJs backend Framework
Understand MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Enjoy working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
Have a problem-solving mindset and can figure things out independently
Are comfortable taking ownership of tasks and delivering end-to-end
Are eager to learn and upskill on the go
🙌 What You Don't Need (Nice-to-haves but not required): Prior experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.)
Cloud setup knowledge (AWS/DevOps)
A perfect resume — we care more about what you can do
