Role Overview
We are hiring a skilled Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations between Workday and enterprise systems. The role will be part of Highbrow’s Workday delivery pool and deployed to client engagements as needed. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
Build inbound/outbound integrations with payroll, finance, and third-party systems
Develop Workday Studio and API-based integrations
Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations
Support Workday implementation and post-production integration needs
Document integration architecture and data flows
Collaborate with functional and client IT teams
Required Skills 5–7 years’ Workday integration experience
Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
XML, XSLT, Web Services, REST/SOAP
Integration troubleshooting & testing
Understanding of Workday data model
Preferred Workday Integration certification
Experience in global payroll integrations
Consulting / multi-client environment
