Job Description: Salesforce & Xactly Developer / Consultant (5-6 + Years Experience) 📍 Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce & Xactly Developer/Consultant with 5–6 + years of experience in Salesforce development and Xactly Compensation Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions, CRM Analytics dashboards, and Xactly incentive compensation systems to support business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with business and functional stakeholders. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using: Apex Classes

Triggers

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components

Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries

Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation

Develop and support Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs

Create scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices

Design and develop CRM Analytics components including: Dashboards

Datasets

Lenses

Dataflows

Develop insightful analytics to support business decision-making

Perform data modelling, transformation, and visualization

Xactly Consultant Configure and support Xactly Incent compensation plans

Develop and maintain SQL queries for compensation processing and reporting

Work with: Xactly Incent

Xactly Connect

Support incentive calculation, validation, and payout processes

Troubleshoot and resolve compensation and reporting issues
