About the role
Dear Candidate, I would like to share details about an exciting opportunity to work as a Data Engineer Azure Data Platform . Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Data Engineers with strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines, Azure cloud services, and SQL development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL development using Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure storage services, along with strong SQL coding skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL data pipelines using Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks. Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation processes. Work with streaming technologies such as Azure Event Hubs, Spark Streaming, or Storm. Manage and optimize data storage using Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL Database. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps. Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions. Eligibility Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark . Experience with Azure Data Factory and/or Databricks . Experience with Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database . Knowledge of streaming technologies such as Azure Event Hubs, Spark Streaming, or Storm . Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD implementation . Experience working in Agile environments using Jira . Strong SQL proficiency is mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable writing complex SQL queries, as SQL coding evaluation is part of the interview process.
