Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused) – 2 to 4 Years Experience Role Overview We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience who can independently own and deliver features end-to-end. The role is primarily frontend-focused with significant emphasis on UI/UX, while also requiring solid backend development skills. The ideal candidate should be an Individual Contributor (IC) who can quickly understand business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute with minimal hand-holding. Experience or exposure to AI-powered workflows/features is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications with strong attention to UI/UX and performance.

Build and integrate backend APIs/services to support frontend functionality.

Work independently on feature development, debugging, and production issue resolution.

Translate product and business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams.

Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.

Contribute to architecture and technical discussions when needed.

Work on AI-integrated features/workflows where applicable.

Required Skills Frontend Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience building reusable and scalable frontend components.

Backend Experience with backend development using Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, or similar technologies.

Good understanding of REST APIs and system integration.

Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

General Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to quickly adapt to existing systems and contribute effectively.

Good to Have Experience with AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, or AI feature integrations.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture.
