Sr. Python Engineer - SOTA Agents

Job Title: Sr. Python Engineer - SOTA Agents Location: Remote Project Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineer (5+ years of experience) with strong Python scripting skills and hands-on experience working exclusively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and state-of-the-art (SOTA) agent-based systems. The ideal candidate has built, experimented with, and scaled LLM-driven solutions, and is comfortable working with web scraping and data ingestion pipelines to support AI applications.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python-based scripts and services for LLM- and agent-driven systems

Design, build, and optimize SOTA LLM workflows and autonomous agent architectures

Implement and maintain web scraping pipelines for structured and unstructured data collection

Analyze, debug, and improve agent behavior, prompt logic, and system reliability

Integrate LLM-based components into end-to-end application workflows

Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of AI-focused systems

Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and applied AI techniques

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer

• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and development

• Hands-on experience working primarily or exclusively with LLMs and SOTA agent systems

• Experience with web scraping, data extraction, and preprocessing

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and code quality

• Important Notes for Submission Kindly prioritize candidates with immediate availability and confirm their commitment to 8 - 4 hrs/day with PST overlap.

• Offer Details Commitments Required: Full-time (8 hours/day) with 4 hours overlap with PST (At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week)

• Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)

• Duration of Contract: 6 months (adjustable based on engagement)

• Location: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico
