About the role
As a passionate SDET at HighLevel, your role will involve ensuring that the new releases for features, enhancements, or new products meet the strict standards of quality and consistency. You will have the final say on the correctness, reliability, and consistency of the builds. Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the quality of deliverables, including new features and enhancements - Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to understand requirements and user workflows - Identify and address quality assurance process bottlenecks for continuous improvement - Craft efficient manual test cases and conduct functional, ad hoc, and regression testing - Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing multiple test executions simultaneously Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in utilizing defect tracking systems to report, track, and resolve defects - Proficiency in API testing and performance testing using tools such as JMeter and Postman - Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and browser debugging/console tools - Test automation experience, preferably with Selenium or any other relevant framework - Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing - Familiarity with at least one source control system, such as Git or SVN - Good comprehension of Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and the role of QA within it - Good programming skills (Java / Ruby / Python / node.js / JavaScript) - Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and Design Patterns - Hands-on knowledge of Test Automation approaches, Frameworks, and Tools - Good to have: Working knowledge of API Testing, Knowledge of CI-CD tools such as Codemagic/Jenkins/Bitrise At HighLevel, diversity is valued, making the organization stronger.
