Staff Product Manager (New Delhi)

Role Overview As the Staff Product Manager for App Marketplace, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, ecosystem vision, and execution for HighLevel s App Marketplace. You will be responsible for transforming our marketplace into a thriving economy that connects 3rd-party developers with our 2 million+ businesses. You will partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Developer Relations, and Marketing to build a scalable platform that drives GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), improves Developer Experience (DevEx), and delivers high-value integrations to our customers. You will be accountable for defining the vision, setting the KPIs, and delivering measurable impact on marketplace revenue and adoption. What Youll Do Strategy & Ecosystem Growth - Own the Marketplace Vision: Define the long-term strategy to make the HighLevel App Marketplace the premier destination for MarTech and SalesTech apps. - Drive GMV & Revenue: Establish and execute strategies to grow Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) by optimizing monetization models, billing infrastructure, and payout mechanisms for partners. - Define Key Metrics: Define, track, and report on ecosystem health metrics: App installs, Active usage, Developer retention, API utilization, and Net Revenue Retention frommarketplace apps. Platform & Developer Experience - Revolutionize DevEx: Design and deliver capabilities that make it effortless for developers to build, test, submit, and monetize apps on HighLevel. This includes owning the roadmap for Developer Portals, SDKs, and API documentation standards. - Governance & Quality: Establish rigorous yet effective app review processes, security standards, and policy frameworks to ensure a high-trust environment for our users. - Discovery & Merchandising: Optimise the end-user experience (Agency & SMB) regarding app discovery, search algorithms, recommendations, and one-click installation flows.
