Design Consultant - Treasury

As a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging complex corporate treasury operations with cutting-edge financial technology. Your main responsibilities will involve leading the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of sophisticated Treasury Management Systems (TMS) for premium US and UK clients. This client-facing role demands a deep understanding of cash management, payments, financial instruments, and a successful history in IT consulting. - Lead workshops with corporate treasurers and CFOs to map current and future-state workflows - Manage product implementation lifecycle from gathering requirements to system configuration and go-live - Design cash forecasting models, cash pooling structures, and multi-currency visibility solutions - Architect payment integration frameworks covering vendor payments and treasury settlements - Configure and test complex financial instruments ensuring proper accounting and risk valuation - Act as the primary trusted advisor for US/UK corporate clients, managing expectations and delivering presentations You should have: - 1012 years of experience in IT Consulting, Product Management, or Software Implementation within Corporate Treasury or FinTech - Deep knowledge of corporate cash management, cash forecasting techniques, and banking treasury functions In addition to the qualifications required, the following skills are necessary for this role: - Hands-on experience with global Treasury Management Systems and connecting them to major ERPs - Strong command of global payment methods and connectivity messaging protocols - Proven experience working directly with Western markets, exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Preferred skills include: - Flawless English communication and experience managing high-expectation stakeholder relationships - Ability to challenge legacy processes and propose modern 'best-practice' workflows to clients As a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging complex corporate treasury operations with cutting-edge financial technology.
