Role Overview: As a Java Architect at HighRadius, you will play a crucial role in driving the evolution of the software ecosystem by managing the transition and coexistence of monolithic and microservices architectures. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing high-level and low-level system structures that are robust, scalable, and adhere to solid OOPS principles and J2EE standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design of both High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) structures for enterprise-scale applications. - Oversee the strategic decomposition of monolithic applications into modular microservices while ensuring system stability and performance. - Act as the primary authority on Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles and J2EE design patterns to ensure code maintainability. - Design and optimize complex SQL schemas and data access layers to handle high-concurrency environments. - Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system reliability and reduce architectural complexity. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role. - Proven track record in designing and deploying both Monolithic and Microservices architectures. - Deep expertise in creating comprehensive HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) documentation. - Mastery of Java, J2EE (EJB, JSP, Servlets), and modern frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot. - Advanced knowledge of SQL, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and complex query optimization. - Strong command of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and SOLID principles.
