● Good written and verbal communication skills ● Creative problem-solving and analysis skills ● Research and detail oriented ● Should have good knowledge / experience in secondary research or data curation ● Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly ● Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet ● Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude • Clearly establish the objectives and scope of the analysis. • Gain an immersive understanding of the practices and processes used by a junior or associate data analyst in their day-to-day job. • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. • Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine. • Learn key analytical skills (data cleaning, analysis, & visualization) and tools (spreadsheets, SQL, R programming, Tableau, Hadoop). • Understand how to clean and organize data for analysis, and complete analysis and calculations using spreadsheets, SQL and R programming, big data Hadoop. • Learn how to visualize and present data findings in dashboards, presentations and commonly used visualization platforms • Assess data accurately and identify anomalies. • Create documents for knowledge sharing. • Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources • Preparing analysis reports
