About the role
About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support by resolving customer queries related to EV charging stations, connector types, and hardware/software issues. 2. Identify business opportunities, pitch EV charging solutions, and onboard commercial clients and fleet operators. 3. Manage customer service requests, resolve operational issues, and build strong client relationships. 4. Conduct on-site technical inspections and product demonstrations, and coordinate EV charger installations. 5. Monitor charging station performance and uptime through the central dashboard and proactively address network issues.
