We are looking for a talented Analyst, IT Digital Workplace Services to join us. Main Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2/3 support for Digital Workplace services
Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (Ivanti or equivalent)
Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery
Participate in assigned IT projects
Administer Windows-based end-user environments (Windows 10/11)
Manage user accounts (Active Directory, Entra ID)
Deploy and maintain workstations using SCCM, Intune, or equivalent tools
Support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Manage access rights and security policies
Assist users in adopting and effectively using digital tools
Monitor service performance and availability
Maintain documentation and operational procedures
Propose improvements and automation initiatives (PowerShell, process optimization).
Required Skills:
Windows 10/11 and end-user environments
Active Directory / Entra ID
Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
ITSM tools (Ivanti or equivalent)
SCCM / Intune (endpoint management)
Basic knowledge of PowerShell (an asset)
Incident management and SLA compliance
Academic Background and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field
2 to 5 years of experience in IT Support / Digital Workplace
Strong team spirit and customer service orientation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
