As an IT Coordinator , you’re not just providing comprehensive IT support – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment Monitor and manage the hotel's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure internet connectivity and data protection Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues Manage and maintain hotel property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS) systems, and other specialized hotel software Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data backup procedures to safeguard hotel information attention

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Proven experience in IT support and network management, preferably within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity principles Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
