About the role
Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer who also possesses strong experience in Technical Bidding and Client Communication. In this hybrid role, you will not only design and build robust web applications but also help us secure new projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, writing high-converting technical proposals, and leading project execution. Key Responsibilities Development (60%): Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Manage databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Bidding & Business Development (40%): Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. Analyze client requirements and write customized, professional proposals. Conduct initial technical discussions and discovery calls with clients. Create accurate project estimations (time and cost). Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), PHP (Laravel), or .NET. Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. DevOps: Git, Docker, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines. Bidding & Communication Skills: Proven experience in technical bidding and winning projects. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience: 3+ years in Full-Stack Development and 1+ years in Technical Bidding.
