React JS Full Stack Lead Experience: 1215 Years Location: Hyderabad / Indore Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates serving up to 30 days' notice preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced React JS Full Stack Lead with 12–15 years of overall IT experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, cloud platforms, and experience leading high-performing development teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale full stack applications. Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js. Build and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD best practices. Work in Agile/Scrum environments and drive sprint planning and delivery. Required Skills 12–15 years of overall software development experience. Strong expertise in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js. Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and application security. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to Azure services or AWS cloud-native solutions. Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
