Shift Time : 3 PM to 12 PM Coordinate with Storage OEMs for advanced troubleshooting,issue resolution,firmware updates,and required support activities Preferred candidate profile . 8-10 years of experience in Windows Server,VMware,and SAN storage administration Experience working with RIMS / managed service providers Experience with Third party backup tool
