Design Engineer - Exterior trims

As a Design Engineer specializing in Exterior Trims, your role involves leading the design and development of automotive Exterior Trim systems throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting styling feasibility, concept design, and detailed engineering - Managing validation, prototype coordination, and issue resolution - Designing Front Rear Bumper/Fascia, Side Moldings, and Exterior Covers - Coordinating with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams Your technical responsibilities will include: - Preparation of DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS - Reviewing CAE/FEA reports and implementing improvements - Performing 3D/2D CAD modeling using software like Creo, CATIA V5/V6 - Creating GDT drawings and managing PLM/Teamcenter data Qualifications required for this position include a B.E/B.Tech degree and 6-12 years of relevant experience.
