Role Overview: Senior Design Lead with experience in BIW upper body and underbody design for passenger and commercial vehicles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead BIW design projects - Design components like floor, body side, roof - Manage full design lifecycle - Ensure compliance with safety and regulations - Lead and mentor engineering team - Handle customer communication - Manage project timelines and quality Technical Skills: - Strong BIW design experience - Knowledge of body engineering and cabin design - Understanding of global regulations - CAD and drawing release experience Leadership Skills: - Team and resource management - Project planning - Stakeholder management - Customer handling Additional : - Strong problem-solving ability - Ownership of project delivery
