Lead Engineer Vehicle Thermal Systems

Key Responsibilities Design and development of vehicle thermal management systems for buses and trucks Develop cooling package layouts including radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, and coolant routing Perform thermal packaging studies and subsystem integration Support thermal validation, testing, and issue resolution activities Coordinate with powertrain, HVAC, and vehicle integration teams Required Skills Vehicle cooling and thermal management systems Radiator, CAC, coolant circuits, and thermal package design CATIA / Creo / NX CFD exposure and thermal analysis knowledge DFMEA, DVP&R, and vehicle integration Experience 5 to 7 years
