About the role
Implement and support SAP C4C solutions, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of C4C functionalities. Handle end-to-end C4C system configurations and customizations, ensuring alignment with business needs.Integrate C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI and other integration tools. Provide hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in C4C.Work on SAP FSM (Field Service Management) implementations or integrations as needed.
