Senior Design Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering and a passion for innovation. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Design and develop innovative engineering solutions for various projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards. Create and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and prototypes. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product designs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process. Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and design methodologies. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in design engineering or product development. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Experience with simulation software for design validation (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
