Qualification AI RD Department Role Overview Join our cutting-edge integration team to bridge the gap between innovative AI technologies and enterprise business systems. This collaborative learning opportunity focuses on implementing, integrating, and optimizing AI solutions across diverse organizational platforms and workflows. Key Responsibilities Research and evaluate emerging AI integration technologies including APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities within existing business workflows Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, and enterprise platforms Support integration of generative AI models, LLMs, and machine learning services into production systems Document integration architectures, processes, and operational dependencies for knowledge sharing Participate in proof-of-concept development and prototype testing for AI solutions Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure scalable deployment Required Qualifications Must-Haves Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (final year students or recent graduates) Strong programming proficiency in Python with understanding of REST APIs and data integration concepts Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including model deployment and inference endpoints Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to system architecture details Nice-to-Haves Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch frameworks Familiarity with enterprise software integration, CRM systems, or ERP platforms Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools Understanding of data security best practices and AI governance principles Previous experience with prompt engineering or generative AI applications Learning Outcomes and Development Gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AI integration methodologies and deployment strategies Develop expertise in bridging AI technologies with business systems through mentorship from senior integration specialists Build comprehensive understanding of AI implementation challenges, scalability, and performance optimization Master industry-standard integration tools, platforms, and frameworks used in modern AI deployments Access to cutting-edge AI integration projects and exposure to real-world enterprise transformation initiatives Enhanced technical presentation skills through regular project demos and stakeholder communication This unpaid internship represents a collaborative knowledge-sharing opportunity in the rapidly evolving AI integration landscape.
