Hiring: Senior AI Architect / AI Engineer (AI Agents, Agent Operators, Prompt Engineering & Private LLMs) We are a fast-growing automotive dealership group looking to build a next-generation AI ecosystem across our business. We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of production-grade AI systems that drive automation, efficiency, and business growth. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who has built real-world AI infrastructure and can think beyond chatbotssomeone who understands AI agents, orchestration, private LLMs, automation, and scalable system architecture. What You'll Build AI Agents for sales, customer support, operations, and internal workflows Multi-Agent Orchestration & Agent Operators Advanced Prompting Frameworks & Agent Logic Private / Self-Hosted LLM Infrastructure RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Knowledge Systems CRM, DMS, API, Marketing & Workflow Integrations AI-Assisted Development & Coding Agent Workflows Key Responsibilities Design scalable AI architecture (cloud, hybrid, or private infrastructure) Build intelligent agents capable of: Lead follow-up & appointment bookingCustomer communication (chat, SMS, email)Reporting & operational automationInternal workflow executionDocument and knowledge processing Implement: Tool calling / function callingMemory systemsValidation layers & guardrailsSecure AI workflowsCost-optimized AI pipelines Deploy and manage: OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or similar modelsSelf-hosted / private LLM environmentsVector databases and RAG pipelinesSecure internal AI systems Required Experience Proven experience building production AI systems Strong understanding of AI agents and orchestration frameworks Advanced prompt engineering and workflow design Experience with LLMs and private AI deployments RAG, embeddings, vector databases Backend architecture and system design Automation platforms and API integrations Bonus Skills LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK Voice AI, Twilio, call automation Automotive / dealership industry experience DevOps / MLOps AI cost optimization at scale What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, automation, agents, orchestration, and scalenot someone who simply uses AI tools.
