About the role
Job Duties : Responsibilities • Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions • Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models • Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices • Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor to client stakeholders and executives • Mentor developers, admins, and consultants across delivery teams • Create technical roadmaps for platform adoption, upgrades, and new module rollouts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities: • Lead solution design workshops with clients • Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures • Define integration strategies with enterprise systems • Execute AI-driven delivery transformation initiatives • Drive AI adoption across delivery teams • Integrate AI into sales, scoping, and service delivery processes • Establish and manage governance and reporting structures • Review and approve technical designs from delivery teams • Oversee technical delivery and sprint reviews • Present trade-offs and architecture decisions to executives • Mentor developers, admins, and consultants • Build reusable frameworks and accelerators Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent with relevant experience.
