Assistant Manager/ Electrical & Mechanical

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager in Electrical & Mechanical, you will be responsible for leading the Engineering & Maintenance Management teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Your role will involve developing and implementing maintenance programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing effective engineering solutions to support various operations. Additionally, you will be managing the end-to-end operation and maintenance of plant utilities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while promoting a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations - Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment and plant utilities - Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across manufacturing lines - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance - Support SMT, Assembly, Testing, Packaging, and NPI operations through effective engineering solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives and improve manufacturing efficiency - Manage end-to-end operation and maintenance of all plant utilities including electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and fire alarm systems - Ensure compliance with ISO standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements - Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for equipment and process-related issues - Promote a strong safety culture across engineering and maintenance teams Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role Additional Details: The annual CTC for this position is 6,00,000 - 9,00,000.
