About the role
About the job: Key Responsibilities Engineering & Maintenance Management Lead Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment and plant utilities. Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across manufacturing lines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. Manufacturing Support Support SMT, Assembly, Testing, Packaging, and NPI operations through effective engineering solutions. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to achieve plant objectives. Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve throughput and manufacturing efficiency. Lead capacity enhancement and automation projects. Utilities & Facility Management Manage end-to-end operation and maintenance of all plant utilities, including: HT/LT Electrical Distribution Systems Transformers and Switchgear DG Sets and Power Backup Systems UPS Systems and Battery Banks HVAC Systems Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) Chillers and Cooling Towers Air Compressors and Compressed Air Network Clean Room Systems Process Exhaust Systems Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems Building Management System (BMS) Energy Monitoring Systems Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with ISO standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for equipment and process-related issues. Support audits and compliance activities.
