Were Hiring for an MNC in Pune Position: Team Lead Automotive Instrument Panel Design Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Experience: Minimum 10 Years CTC: 1519 LPA Joining : In 30 Days from the date of selection Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent (WORK FROM OFFICE only) We are hiring for a leading MNC in the Automotive industry for the position of Team Lead Instrument Panel Product Design & Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Lead complete project lifecycle from RFQ to SOP Drive project timelines and ensure timely execution Coordinate with customers, suppliers & cross-functional teams Handle concept development and technical aspects of Instrument Panel programs Report directly to the Project Manager Lead design activities using CATIA Develop and review Master Sections & Instrument Panel concepts Ensure successful delivery of at least one complete Instrument Panel design project Requirements: 1012 years of core experience in Automotive Instrument Panel Product Design & Engineering Strong expertise in CATIA and Automotive Interior Design Hands-on experience in Master Section and Concept Engineering Experience managing complete product development lifecycle (RFQ to SOP) (Pune / Chennai candidates will be given preference) Please apply only if the work profile aligns with your experience.
