Sr. Workforce Software Developer/Engineer

Summary: We are hiring a Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist with 38 years of experience in WorkForce Software (WFS), UKG Pro WFM, Kronos WFC, or UKG Dimensions. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Time & Attendance modules.Configure Pay Rules, Work Rules, Pay Codes, Accruals, Scheduling, and Time Off.Perform UAT, Go-Live, Production Support, and issue resolution.Work on SQL, WIM, API, Flat File, and SFTP integrations.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams. Qualifications 35+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting WorkForce Software.WorkForce Software Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.SQL or Oracle experience for data queries, troubleshooting, reports, and validation.Experience with WFS scripts (creation, modification, debugging).Expertise in policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, exceptions, complex premiums rules & TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor distribution, work rules, combination rules, schedules, time off requests, In/Out policy, rounding & gracing, etc Experience with integrations (Scripts, API, flat files, SFTP).Ability to execute testing and validation for system changes.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG HRIS.Multi-country Workforce Management implementation experience.UKG/Kronos or WFS certifications are a plus.
