About the role
As a Transformation Technical Program Manager specializing in AI and Intelligent Automation within Finance Operations, you will be responsible for leading and driving digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve identifying high-value automation opportunities, shaping AI-led solutions, and overseeing end-to-end execution across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a robust pipeline of AI and Intelligent Automation opportunities within Finance Operations. - Partner with Finance business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation initiatives. - Facilitate discovery workshops and business discussions to uncover automation and process optimization opportunities. - Develop business cases and value propositions for AI and automation investments. - Lead end-to-end execution of transformation programs from ideation through deployment and adoption. - Work closely with development and technology teams to deliver prioritized initiatives. - Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. - Establish governance mechanisms and performance metrics to track outcomes. - Identify opportunities to leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SAP automation solutions, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Intelligent Automation platforms. - Promote best practices for scalable and sustainable automation programs. - Engage senior business leaders, Finance teams, and technology stakeholders. - Act as a trusted advisor on transformation strategy and execution. - Drive organizational alignment and change management activities to ensure successful adoption. Required Qualifications: - 1014 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, AI-led transformation, Program Management, or Enterprise Consulting. - Demonstrated experience leading AI and automation initiatives in global, cross-functional environments. - Led 35 end-to-end large-scale transformation programs. - Experience working with RPA, SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, and related automation platforms. - Ability to deliver high-level solution design and technology evaluation. - Exposure to Finance Operations processes and SAP-enabled environments preferred. - Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification required. - AI, Automation, RPA, or Digital Transformation certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading Finance Transformation programs. - Exposure to Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations. - Consulting background with enterprise transformation experience. - Knowledge of process mining, workflow optimization, and digital operating models.
