Senior Autodesk Revit & BIM Automation Consultant Technology Experts

This is a 6-month consultant assignment. Location: Remote within India. Please note that occasional travel to the UK and Europe may be required based on project needs. All approved business travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be fully covered by the client. Only apply if you are willing and able to travel internationally Arj Global is supporting a digital transformation initiative focused on digitising and automating the store design process from 3D modelling in Revit to range validation and layout design. The objective is to significantly reduce time-to-design for new store formats through Revit-based automation and improved BIM workflows. Traditional process improvements have been largely exhausted, and the next phase of efficiency gains depends on specialist Autodesk Revit and BIM automation expertise. We are seeking an experienced consultant to assess, design, and implement automation capabilities while enabling internal engineering teams through coaching and knowledge transfer. Scope of Assignment Technical assessment of existing Revit environments, templates, and workflows Implementation of standardised BIM workflows and automation solutions Development of Revit plugins, Dynamo scripts, and tooling to reduce manual design effort Knowledge transfer and hands-on training of internal engineering teams Technical input into automation roadmaps and future investment planning Feasibility assessment and recommendations for scaling automation capabilities Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assess and improve existing Revit templates, families, and project standards Develop and maintain Revit automation using Dynamo scripts, custom plugins, and workflow tooling Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the design team s Revit environment Participate in technical discovery workshops with stakeholders Coach and upskill engineers on Revit best practices and automation patterns Document technical decisions, standards, and implementation guides Requirements Essential Skills & Experience Expert-level Autodesk Revit experience including customisation, API development, and template development Strong Dynamo scripting experience BIM workflow implementation and standards management 15+ years of BIM/CAD technical consulting experience or equivalent Proven experience building Revit automation solutions for large organisations Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with Naviate or similar Revit add-ins Experience working from both platform/vendor and production environments Store design or retail sector experience Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud MSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline Top 3 Critical Requirements Expert-level Autodesk Revit including API and plugin development Proven experience building Revit workflow automation for large organisations Ability to transfer knowledge and coach internal teams Engagement Contract Consultant Assignment Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
