You will be working as an L2 .Net Support analyst, responsible for providing support for .NET core applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in technologies such as Dependence Injection, Postman, API development, Micro services, RabbitMQ, and MS dev ops usage - Executing incident management and problem management processes effectively - Conducting impact analysis and prioritizing issues based on their criticality - Troubleshooting and analyzing issues by examining logs, databases, and other relevant sources - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills Additionally, proficiency in Angular for UI development will be an added advantage.
